Terms & Conditions

- You will have a 2hr painting slot for the day time & a 3hr slot for the evening sessions (adults only)
- Please note, evening sessions are strictly for adults only (18+)
- If you choose to BYOB for the adult sessions, you may still be asked for ID to open the bottle within the premises.
- You are not permitted to bring in your own food or drink that hasn’t been purchased at The Little Pottery Painting Company.
- Please ensure your children behave appropriately for the art studio space, failure to do so, may result in us asking you to leave midway through your appointment.
- Any damages to our pottery will need to be contributed towards therefore, we ask for £5 per item damaged.
- Items will be handled with care throughout the glazing process but accidents do happen, in the event that we break, knock or chip your item, we will endeavour to repair it for you but if it cannot be repaired, you will receive a voucher to come back again free of charge to paint the same item. If its damaged but still usable/display worthy, we will offer you a £5 voucher to use against your next painting session.
- Strictly no refunds will be given at any point.
- We accept card payments as our preferred method of payment but can take cash too. We do not keep change at the shop so payment will need to be exact amount if in cash.
- We operate a 7 day turn around for glazing your items so please ensure you collect after 7 days but no more than 3 weeks after your initial painting session. If you do not collect your items after 3 weeks, they may be disposed of or used in our display.
- We do not have space for prams and pushchairs so please feel free to bring babies in slings, carry cot/car seats or carry them in.
- We have limited high chairs so please ensure you request a high chair if you need one when you book, we cannot guarantee a high chair but will endeavour to communicate with you regarding changing your booking to ensure we can provide a high chair for you.

Voucher Terms & Conditions
Usage
Gift Vouchers/cards are purchased in pound sterling and can be used as full or part payment for any product purchased from The Little Pottery Painting Co. Ltd
The Gift Voucher/cards should be present to purchase anything from The Little Pottery Painting Co. Ltd - We cannot use the voucher/card for payment if the voucher/card is not present at the time of purchase (this can be physical paper or on your phone/emails if using an e-gift card)
Gift Vouchers/cards cannot be exchanged for cash
If the total value of the Gift Voucher has not been used and for any reason The Little Pottery Painting Co. Ltd dissolves or goes out of business, you will lose the money on your gift voucher/card due to the e-gift card not having an expiry date.
Only one gift voucher/card to be used per transaction.
Restrictions
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers and Gift Voucher balances cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay existing invoices, nor can they be transferred to another customer’s account. The resale of Gift Vouchers is not permitted.
